Return & Refund Policy

At Naturévoa, your wellness journey matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every health and supplement product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process — including free return shipping on all eligible orders.



1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

  • The product must not have been tampered with or damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Subscription orders are eligible for return on the first order only.

  • Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements for supplements, the following cannot be returned:

  • Any opened or partially used supplement, vitamin, or health product.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Perishable items such as probiotics or refrigerated products.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle (unless the full bundle is returned, unused and sealed).


3. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy. Please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@naturevoa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label.

  • Drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping location.


Please do not send items back without first receiving your RMA number, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


4. Free Return Shipping

Naturévoa covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label at no charge to you.

  • Simply print the label and attach it to your parcel.

  • We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt until your refund has been confirmed.

  • Naturévoa is not responsible for returns lost in transit if the prepaid label is not used.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Naturévoa error.

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need a replacement, please email us at hello@naturevoa.com with photos of the affected product within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging in your email.

  • We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund with no return required in most cases.
