At Naturévoa, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States and Europe. No minimum order required.
Shipping destinations and estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking your order

Customs and import duties (Europe)
For orders shipped to European countries, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Naturévoa. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Naturévoa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@naturevoa.com and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@naturevoa.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
